About The Position

The Concrete Dispatcher at Geneva Rock Products is responsible for managing customer orders and dispatching delivery trucks under the guidance of the Concrete Scheduling Manager. Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Responsibilities

• Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core values.
• Maintain open communication with customers.
• Receive phone orders, gather pertinent information, and enter it into the dispatch program.
• Continually monitor demand, dispatch delivery trucks, and verify each load.
• Assist customers in problem resolution.
• Review, understand, and adhere to all union contracts.
• Maintain an insurable driving record.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment at all times.
