About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Cutter to join our team in a dynamic construction environment. The ideal candidate will know how to cut down concrete walls, concrete slabs, as well as being proficient in core drilling. This role is crucial for ensuring precise cuts and high-quality finishes on construction projects. The Cutter will work closely with other team members to meet project specifications and timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Preferably 2 or more years of experience
• Proficiency with power tools and cutting equipment
• A willingness to learn Concrete Pourbacks and GPR Scanning
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work in a timely manner
• Excellent communication skills for effective communication with office team
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting heavy materials or standing for extended periods
• A valid driver's license is required
• Able to go out of town for select jobs

Responsibilities

• Operate cutting equipment and power tools safely and efficiently to perform precise cuts on materials specifically concrete structures
• Know how to maintain Core drill, Slab saw, Hand Saw, Chain saw
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure accurate measurements and quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools are properly stored after use
• Adhere to safety protocols on the construction site to prevent accidents and injuries
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills
