About The Position

Join the Industrial Communications West construction team as a Concrete Crew member! These individuals work under the direction of our Foreman to build and assemble concrete forms for cellular tower sites throughout our coverage area. We have one position available, and the primary focus is on building the foundation/pads of towers being erected. We offer industry leading wages and career advancement opportunities. This position requires availability Monday through Friday. Wage offered is dependent upon qualifications, and with work that typically goes from sun-up to sun-down (40+ hours weekly), this presents a great earning opportunity for the right candidate. Our concrete crew travels frequently outside of the area, including overnight stays. Previous concrete experience is desired, although we are willing to train the right individuals. Candidates must have the ability to work outside in extreme temperatures.

Requirements

High School/GED required
Ability to travel extensively during weekdays/overnights
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
Ability to work outside in all elements; including but not limited to snow, rain, wind and extreme temperatures
Ability to perform a variety of labor intensive tasks
Ability to sit/stand for extended periods of time
Ability to perform the same task repeatedly
Ability to bend, twist and contort body for extended periods of time to perform specific tasks
Desire to work in a team environment
Ability to arrive at work on time and be prepared for the day
Reliable - Responsible
Ability to pass all pre-employment checks, including criminal background, MVR and substance screening
