About The Position

As a concrete crew member, you will play a crucial role in the construction process by assisting in the preparation, pouring, layout, flatwork, paving, and finishing of concrete structures. Your responsibilities will include working with various tools and equipment to ensure the proper installation of concrete forms, reinforcing materials, and finishing techniques. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality concrete construction projects. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in concrete, construction, or a related field
Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
Familiarity with construction tools and quality craftsmanship
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
