About The Position

STRUCTURAL is the open-shop contracting business line of Structural Group. STRUCTURAL is looking for Concrete Laborers to join our team performing work in the Little Rock, Arkansas area. Construction duties include: Concrete repair Concrete demolition Concrete placement and finishing Waterproofing Formwork / carpentry Rebar replacement Caulking Expansion joints Coating application Carbon Fiber installation Candidates must be team oriented and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude. Candidates must be safety-oriented in all situations and environments. Candidates must also be able to pass written or computerized industrial plant entrance tests. Requirements

Understanding of construction equipment, tools and materials
1-5+ years of prior construction experience preferred but not required
Comfortable working at high heights as some projects may require man lifts or scaffold systems.
Comfortable working on or around water as some projects may require this.
Reliable transportation to travel to and from project sites locally and / or out of town (if selected for out-of-town projects)

Candidates must also be able to pass written or computerized industrial plant entrance tests.
