Job Summary: Level 1: Builder Program graduate or shows skills equal to a program graduate, possesses rudimentary carpenter and forming skills. Level 2: Proficient in all carpenter and forming skills required to form concrete. Level 3: Proficient in layout and plan reading. Capable of taking plans and completing the work with minimal supervision. Capable of mentoring and supervising others.

Requirements

High school diploma preferred.
Must have reliable transportation.
Able to work along the Wasatch front (from Brigham City UT to Springville UT and everywhere in between).
Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and continue to pass random drug tests.
Able to pass a background check.
Maintains tools and equipment in safe operating condition.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Must become familiar and compliant with Hogan’s safety program and OSHA regulations.
Must maintain fitness level sufficient to handle his/her required work load.
Must become Hogan certified before operating equipment.
Understands, is familiar with, and follows power tool safety requirements.
Is always vigilant and aware of his/her own safety as well as the safety of those around him/her.
Actively attends and participates in the Daily Production & Safety meetings each morning.
