Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be willing to submit to a Drug Screen and Background Check
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Perform various types of demo.
• Build forms, walls and foundation structures for pouring concrete in a variety of applications.
• Install the concrete formwork foundations in the early stages of a building or other construction project.
• Work with materials such as metals, wood, plastic, hardware, fiberglass, or drywall.
• Utilize the correct tools to achieve the necessary results.
• Work safely on ladders, scaffold and lifts at various heights.
• Build temporary stairs, railings, ramps or other means of egress and safety measures.
• Erect scaffolding in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
• Perform framing, primarily with wood and occasionally with metal studs.
• Perform labor duties on occasion.
• Other duties as assigned.
