About The Position

Maschmeyer Concrete Co. is seeking a highly-motivated Team Member for their Block Production Facility in Vero Beach, FL. Experience with Block Manufacturing equipment and machinery is preferred. Mechanical knowledge is required. Must be able to work six days a week, any shift in a 24-hour production facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate the block machine and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Produce quality products and maximize production rates.
• Perform daily equipment inspections to prevent mechanical problems.
• Ensure all machine guards and shields are in place and functional.
• Identify defective products and troubleshoot machine output issues.
• Communicate effectively with team members to enhance product quality.
• Oversee the operation of all equipment on the factory floor.
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the block machine and related equipment.
• Keep track of all tools associated with operating the block machine.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.
