About The Position

Help build what’s next Join a safety‑first team delivering ready‑mix concrete to the sites where communities take shape. Your expertise behind the wheel and on busy jobsites keeps projects moving on time and to spec. What you’ll tackle Transport and deliver ready‑mix concrete using a mixer truck—safely and efficiently. Conduct thorough pre/post‑trip inspections; escalate maintenance issues immediately. Handle routine service: fuel, fluids, tire pressure, and lighting checks. Rinse and clean the drum, chutes, and tools between loads. Verify concrete consistency during transit and adjust handling accordingly. Capture accurate delivery details; secure and return signed tickets. Coordinate continuously with dispatch, crew members, and customers. Operate carefully on active construction sites and around obstacles. Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

• Must have Class A or B CDL, clean MVR, and current DOT qualification.
• Construction site experience (required): understands site safety and rough‑terrain operation.
• Physical capacity to climb, lift chutes, and use cleaning/maintenance tools.
• Team‑oriented communicator committed to safety and DOT compliance.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of concrete mixer or commercial driving experience.
