The individual will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining a clean and inviting reception area. The Concierge will also manage the visitor log and ensure that all messages are relayed promptly to the appropriate individuals. In addition to front desk duties, the Concierge will assist with administrative tasks, including the creation and maintenance of resident face sheets using the Yardi system. This involves inputting resident information, updating records as necessary, and ensuring that all relevant documentation is distributed appropriately. The Concierge will also be responsible for inputting data related to resident assessments and work orders into the respective systems, ensuring that all issues related to the community's environment are communicated to the appropriate personnel. The role requires a passion for working with senior citizens and a commitment to maintaining a hospitable atmosphere. The Concierge will coordinate appointments for residents, assist with mail duties, and support the Business Office Manager with various administrative tasks.
