Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to develop a network of providers and services.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working with seniors is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and internet skills.
  • Must demonstrate a warm, engaging and patient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a wide range of hospitality and convenience services to residents, residents' families, and caregivers.
  • Actively participate with the community's management team in developing plans for hospitality services.
  • Have an active role in community functions by assisting in the planning, set up and delivery of service to residents.
