This role is crucial as you will be the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests, providing the highest level of customer service. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents and guests at the front desk, providing information about local attractions, conducting community tours, and relaying messages to the appropriate department. You will also coordinate resident parking and valet needs, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure that front desk and common areas are clean and stocked.
