About The Position

Legend Senior Living is seeking part-time outstanding individuals to join the administrative team as a Concierge at Hemsley House of Upper St. Clair. This role is crucial as you will be the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests, providing the highest level of customer service. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents and guests at the front desk, providing information about local attractions, conducting community tours, and relaying messages to the appropriate department. You will also coordinate resident parking and valet needs, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure that front desk and common areas are clean and stocked.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but it is not required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service, especially as it relates to new residents
• Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up
• Maintains a strong knowledge of the local community and provides residents and guests with information regarding festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area
• Coordinates resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloading as needed
• Conducts tours and ensures that model rooms are ready and available for viewing
• Ensures that front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked
