About The Position

The Concierge at Park Hyatt Aviara is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by answering questions, giving directions, and making detailed reservations or recommendations. Requirements

• General knowledge of local attractions, shops, and restaurants.
• Strong desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to walk and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
