The wage range for this position is $16/hr-$17.50/hr | Credit will be given for experience How you will make an impact: Join our team as a Concierge and play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. You will serve as the first point of contact, offering assistance and information with warmth and empathy. By efficiently managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating communication, you ensure smooth operations and alleviate any concerns. Ultimately, your dedication to exceptional customer service enhances the overall experience, fostering a sense of comfort and security within the community. Schedule varies: This is a full-time role, Monday–Friday from 8am to 4pm, with occasional weekends and holidays as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or at least six months clerical experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.
  • Must be able to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures.
  • Possess intermediate personal computer skills and ability to utilize various software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Possess exceptional Customer Service skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a Senior Living environment or working as concierge.
