Watermere at Preserve We are looking for an energetic, reliable Concierge to join our growing team in North Richland Hills, Texas and our BRAND NEW community! Get paid DAILY with ZayZoon ! Quick access up to 50% of your earned wages! Concierge, Part Time, Weekends The Concierge is responsible for greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent is required (GED is accepted).
- Possesses effective communication via the ability to read, write and speak English.
- Previous experience in customer service environment with active adults/senior adult/senior living preferred.
- The candidate must be willing to work and interact with active/senior adults.
- Evening, Weekend and Holidays availability is required.

Responsibilities
- Answers the telephone and directs calls as needed, or takes messages, ensuring that no one is left on hold for long periods of time.
- Ensures that all guests and vendors sign in and out.
- Maintains a neat, clean appearance of the front desk office area.
- Helps ensure that needed office supplies are kept on hand or ordered if needed.
- Assists in the submission of resident maintenance work orders.
