About The Position

Our Independent Living Concierge team plays a key role in our success. They
greet residents, employees and guests warmly, by name and professionally and
treat everyone with courteous respect. They are a vital resource of medical
knowledge for our residents and staff for when necessary to handle or support
responding to medical emergencies within our independent living setting. We are
seeking a dedicated employee to join our compassionate team!

This position greets residents, employees and guests and strives to anticipate
their needs and acts accordingly. They listen to medical concerns in an
efficient manner. This person is responsible for the accurate and timely
administration of emergency first aid and care rendered.

They are responsible for medication reminders and can assist in direct resident
care as necessary. The Independent Living Concierge/Medical Assistant is an
important component to our Hospitality Team striving to maintain the overall
Wellness of our residents.

Requirements

• Are a team player!
• Can generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression.
• Can communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• C.N.A. or Certified Medication Aide, Medical Assistant, or EMT experience is strongly preferred for when responding to medical emergencies.
• At least six months medical and customer service experience. Geriatric and/or emergency involvement preferable.
