About The Position

The Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining security awareness, and supporting the daily operations of the condominium to ensure a welcoming, safe, and well-managed residential environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage guest registration and access in accordance with building policies
  • Assist residents with general inquiries, service requests, and reservations
  • Receive, log, and distribute packages, mail, and deliveries
  • Monitor building access points, security cameras, and alarm systems
  • Enforce building rules, policies, and access procedures
  • Report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or incidents to management and/or security
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies following established protocols
  • Maintain accurate logs (visitor logs, incident reports, delivery records)
  • Coordinate with property management, security, and maintenance staff
  • Communicate building notices and announcements to residents as required
  • Assist with move-ins/move-outs according to condo procedures
  • Grant access to authorized vendors and contractors
  • Verify work orders and ensure vendors comply with building policies
  • Notify residents of scheduled service visits when necessary
