Landing at Watermere Frisco Landing at Watermere Frisco is a luxury style, assisted senior living community in the heart of Frisco, TX. Get paid DAILY with ZayZoon ! Quick access up to 50% of your earned wages! Concierge, Part Time, 8am-8pm Saturday and Sunday The Concierge is responsible for greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent is required (GED is accepted).
- Possesses effective communication via the ability to read, write and speak English.
- Weekend availability is required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in customer service environment with active adults/senior adult/senior living preferred.
- The candidate must be willing to work and interact with active/senior adults.
Responsibilities
- Answers the telephone and directs calls as needed, or takes messages, ensuring that no one is left on hold for long periods of time.
- Ensures that all guests and vendors sign in and out.
- Maintains a neat, clean appearance of the front desk office area.
- Helps ensure that needed office supplies are kept on hand or ordered if needed.
- Assists in the submission of resident maintenance work orders.
