About The Position

We're seeking a friendly and dependable Concierge to join our team part-time at a beautiful residential community in Dallas, TX. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and creating a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, professional, and organized.
• Must be able to work Saturday from 6PM to Sunday 6AM

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Previous concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
• Answer phones, handle inquiries, and provide information about the community.
• Monitor and maintain lobby appearance and security awareness.
• Receive and log packages or deliveries.
• Assist residents with requests and coordinate with maintenance or management as needed.
• Ensure a positive and safe environment for everyone on-site.
