About The Position

The Gates Hudson team is seeking a professional, polished, and service-driven Concierge to serve as a key member of the on-site property management team. This role is the first point of contact for residents, guests, and prospective residents and plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional living experience. The Concierge provides superior customer service, maintains detailed knowledge of company policies and procedures, and performs essential operational functions related to building access, security, resident services, and community standards.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with limited supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in hospitality, concierge services, customer service, or property management preferred.
  • College education preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high level of customer service by fulfilling resident requests and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Greet, register, and assist all visitors, ensuring community access policies are followed.
  • Provide concierge-level services to residents, including local directions, event assistance, dry-cleaning coordination, and other service requests.
  • Conduct courtesy calls related to deliveries, packages, transportation, and resident follow-ups.
  • Support residents during move-in and move-out processes.
  • Monitor security cameras and ensure community safety standards are upheld.
  • Prevent unauthorized solicitors from entering the community.
  • Manage key, fob, and entry device issuance in accordance with company policy, including Key Track systems, Knox Box locations, fireman elevator keys, and lock-out procedures.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of emergency key procedures and respond appropriately during emergency situations, following the Emergency Procedures Manual.
  • Answer phones using company telephone greeting standards.
  • Process resident and marketing information accurately in Yardi / Residential Portal.
  • Administer package handling and mail distribution according to company policy.
  • Write work orders and ensure they are routed to the appropriate team members.
  • Track and follow up on resident service requests to completion.
  • Provide information to prospective residents regarding the community and amenities.
  • Maintain awareness of company goals related to resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with on-site team members to ensure a seamless, welcoming community experience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support property operations.
