About The Position

As the Concierge, no two days are the same. The primary responsibility is to acknowledge and engage customers entering the department. The role requires leveraging passion and expertise for food and food pairings to assist customers in planning their catering and event needs. The Concierge will coordinate orders with various departments and collaborate with event staff to ensure flawless execution for the customer's special day, providing end-to-end catering coordination.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of culinary, catering, hospitality, and/or event planning experience
• Motivated by traveling to new places for events and gatherings
• Takes pride in the work, whether big or small
• Enjoys a team-based, fast-paced environment
• Agrees that food is central to all our lives
• Has or will obtain required Food Handler’s permits and/or Food Safety Certifications
• Values being a part of the community

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and engage customers upon their entry into the department
• Utilize passion and expertise for food and food pairings to help customers plan their catering and event needs
• Work with other departments to coordinate orders
• Collaborate with event staff to ensure everything is perfectly set for the customer’s event
• Provide end-to-end catering coordination for events
