Aspira was built with the resident in mind, focusing on creating a community atmosphere with the lowest impact possible on our environment. Aspira was Seattle's' first 4 Star Built Green high-rise, built to help protect our beautiful Pacific Northwest environment. This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. Answers phone calls, routes all calls to the appropriate team member Maintains the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning.
