The Concierge is the first point of contact for patients and visitors entering through the main entrance of Aurora Medical Center – Mount Pleasant. This role provides a warm welcome, supports wayfinding, and helps maintain a clean and professional environment that reflects Aurora’s commitment to exceptional patient experience. The Concierge greets customers, assesses their immediate needs, and manages the first impression of the facility by offering assistance such as helping out of vehicles, locating wheelchairs, providing directions, and escorting to destinations.
