About The Position
Azura Living is seeking a friendly and dependable Concierge to help create a welcoming and supportive environment for residents, families, visitors, and team members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- (1) year of experience in a clerical position
- possess a pleasant speaking voice and demeanor
- must be able to fluently read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and take messages as needed
- Provide general information, including directions and contact details
- Provide clerical support such as copying, filing, faxing, and data entry
- Perform other duties as assigned
