According to the prescribed policies and procedures of the organization including all applicable federal, state and local regulations and under the general supervision of the Marketing Director, the Concierge assumes the responsibility for assisting residents with activities of daily living while encouraging and guiding them to maintain the highest level of independence in accordance with facility policies and procedures and report the needs and concerns to the Executive Director as necessary.
