Full-Time Daytime Concierge Weekdays (7:30 am - 3:00 pm) - Signature Reston Town Center (a premier class A 508-unit mixed-use community located in Reston Town Center near Dulles International Airport) – Reston, VA We are proud to have been voted by our employees as a 2024 and 2025 USA Best Workplace in USA TODAY and as a 2024 and 2025 Top 15 workplace in the Real Estate Industry! Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Responsibilities
- Building strong working relationships with our residents and guests by providing outstanding customer service
- Coordinating and hosting resident events
- Following up with residents who have submitted service requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitoring building security
- Publishing resident newsletter
