As a Concierge, you will be responsible for assisting guests with inquiries, providing information and recommendations, and ensuring a pleasant stay.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computer systems and reservation software.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and engaging demeanor.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Offer personalized recommendations for local dining, entertainment, and attractions.
Assist guests with arranging transportation, reservations, and other services as requested.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local area information.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience.
Handle guest complaints and concerns with a calm and professional approach.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
