Position Summary: The Concierge maintains a consistent professional and warm attitude over the telephone, greeting visitors, Elders and family members. The Concierge interacts, listens and engages in conversation with Elders, family and friends of Elders, employees, volunteers, and prospective Elders & family members with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
