This is a seasonal role on Mackinac Island, beginning in early April and continuing through October. Housing and meals in our onsite cafeteria available at $19.50/day. Come join our team as a Concierge and provide exceptional guest service at our one of a kind resort! We are seeking an outgoing and friendly candidate who is passionate about hospitality and has excellent communication skills. As a Concierge, you will assist guests with various requests such as restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and recommendations for local attractions. You will also serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests to enhance their overall experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize guest requests
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
