Requirements

  • You dont need to come from luxury hospitality, but you do need to bring the energy.
  • Customer service, hospitality, concierge, or front desk experience preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-facing environment
  • Strong communication skills and presence
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask without losing composure
  • Naturally friendly, but still professional

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and guests and serve as the main point of contact
  • Monitor amenities and keep all spaces clean, organized, and guest-ready
  • Support events, reservations, and resident activities
  • Respond to calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
  • Enforce community guidelines and report concerns
  • Coordinate with onsite teams to maintain a safe, high-quality experience
