Requirements
- You dont need to come from luxury hospitality, but you do need to bring the energy.
- Customer service, hospitality, concierge, or front desk experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-facing environment
- Strong communication skills and presence
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask without losing composure
- Naturally friendly, but still professional
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests and serve as the main point of contact
- Monitor amenities and keep all spaces clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Support events, reservations, and resident activities
- Respond to calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
- Enforce community guidelines and report concerns
- Coordinate with onsite teams to maintain a safe, high-quality experience
