The Concierge is responsible for welcoming, providing assistance and addressing inquiries and requests to residents, visitors and callers. Responsibilities Acts as a primary link to the internal and external community, provides customer service and builds trusted and valued relations. Ensures procedures assigned to this location are followed. Assists with administration support for special requests and project if needed.
