In alignment with Gallaher Signature Living’s mission, values, and commitment to exceptional hospitality, the Concierge serves as the community’s front-of-house ambassador, setting the tone for an elevated, boutique living experience. This role is central to delivering a seamless, personalized, and welcoming environment while supporting resident experience, safety, and communication. The Concierge interacts with residents, families, guests, and vendors with discretion, warmth, and professionalism, operating in full compliance with California Title 22 regulations applicable to Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) and the policies governing Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC). This position is non-clinical in nature and does not include the provision of personal care services. Gallaher Signature Living is redefining what it means to age well.
