About The Position

At Masonic Homes Kentucky, we’re more than a senior living community—we’re a team committed to enriching lives. As a Concierge, you’ll be the welcoming presence that makes a lasting first impression on residents, families, and visitors. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our Independent Living Active Lifestyle Communities and ensuring each interaction reflects the warmth and professionalism we’re known for. This part-time position includes Thursdays and Fridays 1p-8pm, as well as one Saturday and one Sunday per month. You will also be in rotation for holidays, working 1-2 per year. (Christmas and New Years Day excluded.) This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to bring positivity, organization, and care to a place where people feel at home.

Requirements

High school diploma required
Minimum three years of related customer service or administrative experience preferred
Proficiency with microsoft office suite
Strong organizational and communication skills
Commitment to delivering excellent service in every interaction

Responsibilities

Greet and assist all guests, residents, and vendors with a professional, friendly demeanor
Answer and route a high volume of incoming calls
Manage the lobby area to ensure a welcoming, polished environment
Support departments with administrative tasks and special projects
Maintain security and sign-in procedures with accuracy and discretion
Handle confidential information respectfully and responsibly
Anticipate needs and provide timely follow-up and support across departments
