Our concierges have the ability to make every resident, family member and visitor that comes into our community, feel welcome. If you are friendly, well organized and committed to providing extraordinary service, we would love to hear from you! The Concierge: Ensures everyone that walks into The Crossings lobby has an extraordinary customer service experience. Greets all visitors in an enthusiastic professional manner. Answers all incoming calls on the main phone line. Signs for all deliveries and promptly calls employees/residents receiving packages. Assists residents with scheduling transportation services and enters work order requests.
