About The Position

The Front Desk Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for residents and guests, delivering an elevated standard of service that reflects the luxury and professionalism of the community. The role requires exceptional communication skills, punctuality, and meticulous follow-up to ensure every interaction is handled with care, discretion, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must pass a drug screening and back ground check.

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and guests with warmth, professionalism, and a polished demeanor.
  • Provide information, coordinate deliveries, and assist with resident requests promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain a “whenever and whatever” service mindset—anticipating resident needs while observing appropriate boundaries between condominium and hotel-style services.
  • Communicate clearly and courteously with residents, management, and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of packages, service requests, and building activity.
  • Ensure the front desk area is always organized, welcoming, and reflective of five-star standards.
  • Uphold confidentiality, safety, and the integrity of the property at all times.
