About The Position

The Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining security awareness, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the condominium building.

Requirements

  • Must have strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to retrieve information from EXCEL and Word
  • All hires are subject to a full background, reference checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage guest check-ins, visitor logs, and access control procedures
  • Monitor building security systems, cameras, and entry points
  • Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries
  • Answer phones, emails, and intercom communications promptly
  • Coordinate with property management, security, and maintenance teams
  • Enforce condominium rules and policies respectfully and consistently
  • Assist residents with general inquiries, reservations, and service requests
  • Report incidents, maintenance issues, or suspicious activity to management
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
