About The Position

We are currently in need of a Concierge to help us open our new Brightview Greenburgh Sales Center! Brightview Greenburgh will be our 3rd community in the White Plains area and will provide high-end, senior independent living, assisted living, and memory care options for our new residents. As the Concierge, you will create a vibrant Brightview experience by greeting, welcoming, engaging and assisting our residents, family members, guests and callers. This is the perfect opportunity for a professional individual who has an interest in ultimately transitioning in to a Sales role! Initially, this role will be very sales focused. Once our community nears opening, the role will shift and primary responsibilities will include: Greet, engage and assist callers and guests in a vibrant, professional and courteous manner. Continue to support the community sales efforts by engaging visitors and prospective residents, collecting information, and promoting Brightview as a great place to live. Help ensure that model apartments are well maintained and ready to show at all times. Assist the Business Office Director and Recruiting Specialist with the interview process. Assist the Business Office Director to ensure that all files remain within compliance. Assist the Business Office Director with ordering and maintaining an adequate inventory of office and community supplies. Data entry.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of office equipment and basic computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Associate degree and a minimum of two years of experience in either a Sales or Administrative capacity that involved significant amount of working with internal and external customers.
  • Self- motivated to take on new challenges and determine solutions.
  • The ability to quickly connect with people of varying demographics, backgrounds and experiences.
  • Strong customer service skills with demonstrated experience in building relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional computer skills and the ability to quickly master new applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy.
  • Ability and desire to be a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently and genuinely demonstrate the STARS principles of Service, Teamwork, Action, Reputation and Success in all activities and interactions.
  • Help schedule and plan marketing events.
  • Ensure that collateral materials such as brochures are up to date and readily available.
  • Work closely with the community Executive Director and Sales Director(s) in fielding inquiry calls.
  • Respond to inquiries and promote all that Brightview has to offer in terms of programming, dining services, care and safety.
  • Greet and entertain prospective residents and their families while they await a meeting with a Sales Director. Make follow-up calls to prospective residents and/or families to maintain contact.
  • Help maintain data in the Yardi lead base system ensuring that information is updated timely and accurately.
  • Open and close our welcome center each day.
  • Greet, engage and assist callers and guests in a vibrant, professional and courteous manner.
  • Continue to support the community sales efforts by engaging visitors and prospective residents, collecting information, and promoting Brightview as a great place to live.
