We are seeking a dedicated and personable Concierge to join our team at Fellowship Square Surprise, a nonprofit senior care community. As the first point of contact for residents, guests, and staff, the Concierge plays a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality. Requirements

  • Must have compassion and love for seniors.
  • Previous experiences as a Concierge preferred.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
  • Outstanding guest services skills, strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Must be knowledgeable of common administrative practices, procedures and guidelines.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Must always possess a professional presentation.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 30-40 words per minute.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experiences as a Concierge preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for interacting with residents and their family members, prospective residents and their family members, staff, resident care professionals, vendors, referrals sources and others via telephone or in person.
  • Must always represent a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Must develop a high level of knowledge on campus services in order to respond quickly and accurately to inquiries.
  • Act as the point of reference for residents who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements.
  • Understand residents needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the community.
  • Arrange events, excursions, transportation etc., upon request from residents.
  • Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution.
