Duties and Responsibilities: Providing service at the Hotel Concierge Desk Providing guests with area information – dining, land and water activities, transportation, sightseeing, etc. Initiate and follow up with guests’ requests received in person and through other communications Confirming guest requests and reservations Booking guests onto excursions Researching and providing guests with additional information as requested by the guest Communicating guest resolutions with appropriate Staff/Departments on property Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Management Team Other duties as assigned.
