Job Summary: The Concierge is the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and vendors. This role manages the reception area, supports tours, answers and routes calls on a multi-line phone system, and provides clerical support to the community’s administrative and marketing teams while upholding a warm, professional, and hospitality-focused environment.
