This position, which is key for our goal, will be responsible for greeting and welcoming patients and visitors who come into the Hospital utilizing exceptional Customer Service. This position must mirror the polite, positive assistance and attitude that positions such as airline hosts and hotel concierges display. For example, giving directions or accompanying patients and visitors to their destinations, answering questions regarding where food, refreshments or gifts are located, waiting time, offering refreshments to those in the waiting area, assist those with special needs and keeping them updated regarding their loved one's procedure and expected time of discharge to name a few. This person will be the face of the hospital, the first person that patients and visitors interact with. Our goal is that everyone who comes into our Hospital has a positive experience.
