About The Position
Sentry Management is seeking a dedicated and friendly Concierge to join our team in the Nashville, TN market. This full-time hourly position is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service to our residents and enhancing their living experience. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, embodying our commitment to creating an uplifting atmosphere. Your role will involve managing package deliveries, assisting residents with inquiries, and ensuring that all interactions are positive and impactful. You will be responsible for logging interactions and maintaining clear communication between residents, vendors, and management. This position requires a professional demeanor, as you will be expected to wear business attire and maintain reliable attendance. You will also be tasked with completing various secretarial projects and special tasks as assigned by management, showcasing your ability to work independently while being a team player.
