About The Position

The Concierge position is focused on enhancing the guest experience within the hospital environment by providing exceptional concierge services. This role involves greeting and screening visitors, assisting patients in navigating hospital services, and contributing to various service enhancement programs aimed at promoting safety and hospitality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of front of the house or guest service-related experience.
• Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, and typing speed of 35 wpm or above.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and hospital services.
• Basic understanding of insurance carriers and types of medical coverage.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills.
• Service experience at a four diamond property or higher within the last 24 months.
• Intermediate user of MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a greeter and screener for guests entering the hospital.
• Assist patients in connecting with the admitting staff or relevant service lines.
• Promote a culture of safety and service excellence in public areas.
• Contribute to service enhancement programs such as Benefactor/Special Guest and The Little Cottages.
• Help create a welcoming environment for all guests.
