About The Position

The Concierge at Sunrise Senior Living is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and being the first point of contact for visitors at the community. This role involves greeting potential residents and their families, managing calls, and providing information to support marketing and sales efforts, all while ensuring a welcoming environment.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Proven experience in a customer service role is required
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Organized record-keeping abilities
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and the ability to learn new applications.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness
  • Performing general administrative duties
  • Welcoming visitors and supporting the hospitality of the Sunrise community.
