About The Position

Meneses Law is looking for a HIGH energy bilingual concierge/ schedule coordinator to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of our firm to assist our clients who are seeking legal options. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with technology and ability to learn our software systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and MacOS systems.
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and strong commitment to customer service.
  • One year work experience as an Administrative Clerk or similar clerical role.
  • Good understanding of clerical operations (recruiting, onboarding, training, and compensation).
  • Principles and procedures of record keeping.
  • English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Able to type 45 WPM or more.
  • Knowledgeable in Excel.
  • Goal Oriented and Accountable to obtain their goals.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor's degree, knowledge of MS Office and MacOS.

Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming/outgoing calls, and other communications.
  • Managing filing system.
  • Must be able to meet monthly goals (KPIs).
  • Recording information as needed.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.
  • Aiding with client reception as needed.
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
  • Must schedule clients correctly on the calendar.
  • May perform other duties or assigned tasks based on departmental needs.
