About The Position

The Concierge position is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and potential team members. This role serves as the first point of contact, engaging with individuals both in person and over the phone, while also supporting the Business Office Manager with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage residents, guests, and fellow associates in person and via telephone.
  • Direct all calls and inquiries to the appropriate associate.
  • Promote programs and events that are taking place at the community.
  • Monitor security systems, including the emergency call system, and respond accordingly.
  • Assist the Business Office Manager with ordering supplies, filing, and inputting data.
