About The Position

The Concierge at Sunrise Senior Living plays a vital role in providing exceptional hospitality and service to residents, families, and visitors. This position serves as the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while managing communications and supporting marketing efforts. The Concierge is responsible for maintaining the Bistro area and performing general administrative duties, contributing to the overall quality of life for residents.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Proven experience in a customer service role is also required
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Organized record keeper
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, cleanliness
  • General administrative duties
  • Welcoming and supporting the hospitality of a Sunrise community.
