Position Summary We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, people-oriented, Concierge (Wellness Outreach and Enrollment Specialist) to join our team. This is a short term travel-based position where you'll spend time stationed at local gyms, representing our virtual wellness services. Your mission is to connect with gym-goers, share the benefits of working with our virtual Physical Therapists (PTs) and Registered Dietitians (RDs), and guide them through the enrollment process. This is a 1099 contractor position. Compensation At FitOn Care, we are committed to fair, equitable, and competitive compensation. The compensation for this position is an hourly rate based on experience and licensure footprint. During the interview process, total compensation will be determined in alignment with market data, candidate location and the experience & capabilities of each candidate. The range for this position is $22.00-$27.00 dollars per hour.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree required.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
- Comfortable using digital tools (tablets, sign-up apps, QR code scanners, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing, friendly demeanor
- Passion for wellness, fitness, and preventative care.
- Willing and able to travel on-site at gyms a minimum of 3 days per week
- Self motivated, organized, and goal oriented
Nice To Haves
- Sales or customer engagement experience preferred (especially in health, fitness, or community outreach settings)
Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned gym locations and set up an inviting, branded outreach table.
- Engage members in meaningful conversations about their health goals, and how our virtual service offerings can support them.
- Clearly communicate service benefits, including insurance coverage options, clinical expertise, and convenience.
- Drive new client sign-ups by guiding and assisting individuals through the quick enrollment process via tablet or QR code.
- Meet weekly sign-up goals with a strong focus on outreach impact and sales performance.
- Track daily interactions and report sign-up metrics.
- Ensure materials and signage are well organized and restocked as needed.
- Serve as the friendly face of FitOn Care, welcoming gym members and introducing them to our virtual service offerings.
- Represent the company with professionalism, energy and enthusiasm for health and wellness.
