About The Position

The Concierge at The Auberge at Benbrook Lake is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the community by providing high-level customer service to residents, visitors, and clients. This part-time position requires a commitment to compassionate service and the ability to assist with various administrative tasks, including social media support and sales office matters.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to work as a positive team member and possess good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service for greeting and supporting all visitors and clients.
• Assist with social media management.
• Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately.
• Support and assist with sales office matters as directed by the Executive Director.
• Act as the customer service contact for questions and concerns.
• Ensure the office space is clean and presentable at all times.
• Assist with all special projects as assigned.
