About The Position

The Concierge Team Member supports ABC Fine Wine & Spirits' busiest locations by assisting with large event and catering orders during peak seasons. This part-time/seasonal role is responsible for organizing and preparing inventory, maintaining supplies, coordinating logistics, and ensuring accurate, timely deliveries. With strong attention to detail and effective communication, the Concierge Team Member helps deliver exceptional service and seamless experiences for clients' special events. This Part Time position

Requirements

• Availability to work 20 hours per week, including some weekends
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
• Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance: All Team Members are expected to report to work as scheduled and remain onsite for the duration of their shifts. Reliable onsite attendance is an essential function of the job to ensure operational success and consistent service for our Guests.

Responsibilities

• Receive and confirm orders from the Concierge Department
• Pull and organize inventory to fulfill orders
• Order additional inventory as needed
• Maintain supply stock, including boxes, inserts, tape, labels, etc.
• Update the Concierge tracking sheet for store-wide order visibility
• Prepare orders for delivery, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation
• Communicate with store staff, local representatives, and the Concierge Manager to coordinate orders and delivery logistics
